Shipping: Games, Books & Toys, Inc. uses USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, and FedEx as applicable to ensure customers the best pricing and prompt, secure, product receipt. For cost effectiveness that we can turn around to our valued customers, when feasible, we use FedEx Ground (end of 2 business days) service for shipments within the U.S. Rates: Domestic (to same address) - FedEx = $13.96 (one game), $16.37 (2 games), $22.02 (3 games), $26.97 (4 games,) and$32.19 (5 games). Email for pricing on more than 5 games. Shipping rates are subject to change. Canada/Mexico and International shipping rates coming soon. Games ordered at two or more to the same address incur slightly larger shipping costs, but save on shipping overall. Exact shipping rates based on location and quantity are available during check out. Simply enter number of games to be purchased. Our convenient shopping cart system allows the changing of quantities before purchase as well as the utmost security. Be sure to update your shopping cart quantity for accurate pricing. As shipping costs and conditions may vary, we reserve the right to adjust our rates accordingly and to correct any errors thereof. Damages: Games, Books & Toys, Inc. examines all packaging on games and shipping materials upon receipt from manufacturing, after packaging for sale, and prior to shipping. Should package(s) arrive at customer location in damaged, or otherwise unusable condition, we strongly encourage following up with your local delivery service. If filing a damage claim is necessary, it is important to know the timeframes and guidelines of your specific city/state and to act promptly. Refunds/Returns: At Games, Books & Toys, Inc. customer satisfaction is first and foremost. We pride ourselves on developing and presenting the finest in games and toys. However, in the rare occasion that a customer finds the need to return one of our fine products, we ask that the following process be followed: • Product must be in salable condition meaning: unopened and without damage to packaging, or product, or writing of any kind on product packaging. Upon receipt of salable item, Games, Books & Toys, Inc. will refund total purchase amount minus shipping. • Without exception, all refunds can only be issued in the form of payment that they were received. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred during product returns. Packages sent without verifiable RMA# as issued by Games, Books & Toys, Inc. will be returned to sender unopened. Taxes: Wisconsin residents will be taxed at the current rate of 5.6%, or in accordance with the current rate at time of purchase. Compliance: Games, Books & Toys, Inc. promotes safety and holds firm to our commitment to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies. Consumers can rest assured when they see the Games, Books & Toys, Inc. brand on any game or toy. Submissions: Video: When submitting video for the Gallery, please do so via “regular mail” using the address above. Videos are too large and our volume of email is too high to accommodate them. Therefore, please DO NOT submit video content via email no matter the size. Videos sent to our email will be deleted. Please DO NOT send originals. Send a copy and keep all originals for yourself. Photos: Photos can be sent via email provided they are no larger than 3MB total. With respect to copyright laws, we cannot retrieve photos posted on the Internet. Testimonies: Please email your testimonies along with permission to post them on our website. All content received will be processed at the earliest opportunity. Please allow up to 30 days prior to contacting us to inquire about receipt of your submissions. Please Note: Games, Books & Toys, Inc. will not use videos, photos, testimonies, etc., in any way other than described during the submission process such as practical purposes, i.e., uploading to our YouTube page for further display, posting on our website, and in some cases, as advertising media. All submissions become sole property of Games, Books & Toys, Inc. and cannot be returned, forwarded, or otherwise relinquished for any reason, nor under any circumstance.
